 Qwyatt Level-Flex Leveling Mounts Series QVLM
Series QVLM Mountings utilize oil-resistant neoprene elastomers to provide effective shock and vibration control for all types of general metal working and processing machinery.
Built-In-Leveling feature provides height adjustment to compensate for unequal mounting deflection or floor irregularities.
Ribbed design of mounting base provides non-skid surface, eliminating the need for bolting to floor. Cuts machine installation time from hours to minutes.
Four sizes provide load capacities up to 12,000 pounds per mounting to permit accurate selection according to equipment weight distribution.
Oil and ozone resistant neoprene elastomer bonded to a corrosion resistant steel housing together with electro plated hardware provide long mounting life.

Standard Leveling bolt and lock nut furnished with each QVLM mounting.
Dimensions in table are for unloaded mountings.
Maximum adjusted height should not exceed dimension 'B' plus 1/2 inch.
Installation Instructions
1. Select mounting for load required.
2. Remove leveling bolt from mounting.
3. Center mounting under hole in equipment leg or base.
4. Replace leveling bolt and turn clockwise to level equipment as required.
5. Tighten lock nut. |  |

Effective Isolation for Floor Mounted Equipment
Series QR and QRD Neoprene Mountings are molded in colored oil-resistant neoprene. This unique color coding provides instant identification of loading capacity, simplifies stocking and prevents installation errors.
The molding process embeds all metal parts in neoprene, preventing corrosion. Mountings can also be molded in other elastomers to meet special requirements.

To specify:
Neoprene mountings shall consist of a steel top plate and base plate completely embedded in colored oil-resistent neoprene stock for easy identification of capacity. The mountings shall be Type QR or QRD, depending upon the required deflection of 1/4" to 1/2", as provided by Qwyatt Noise Control, New York, NY. |
